Terms of Service
These terms govern access to Covo, including Studio, published Concierges, subscriptions and integrations.
Using Covo
You must provide accurate account information, protect your credentials and use Covo only for lawful purposes. You are responsible for the content, instructions, knowledge, integrations and public claims configured in your workspace, and for obtaining any permission needed to process visitor data.
AI-generated responses
Covo responses are generated by software and may be incomplete or wrong. Do not use Covo as a substitute for professional, emergency, medical, legal or financial judgment. Creators should review their Concierge, keep its knowledge current and provide a human contact path when appropriate.
Plans and billing
Free and paid features are described on the pricing page. Paid subscriptions renew for the selected period until canceled. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period unless law requires otherwise. Taxes, refunds and payment processing may vary by location and payment method.
Acceptable use
Do not use Covo to break the law, deceive people about the AI’s identity, infringe rights, distribute malware, bypass security, harvest personal information, create non-consensual intimate imagery, or facilitate abuse, discrimination or dangerous activity. We may restrict access to protect users, the service or others.
Availability and liability
The service is provided on an as-available basis. To the extent permitted by law, RedRooster Technologies disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
